Principle:
The products moved from the upstream conveyor belt enter the metering conveyor belt at equal intervals through the import conveyor belt.
When the product passes through the photoelectric sensor located at the front end of the measuring conveyor belt, the weight detecting machine starts to measure the product.
When the product passes through the conveyor belt, the weight sensor completes the measurement of the product and displays the measurement data to the operation department.
Microcomputer will display the measurement data and preset baseline value, upper limit value, lower limit value comparison, and genuine, overweight products, light products, non-genuine products will finally be selected by the sorting part, all kinds of measurement work information can be output to the statistical printer.
